Well, I am new to parkour. I found out about it through the movies B-13 and Casino Royale and after seeing them I decided to investigate it more. The more I looked into Parkour and the more I saw people practicing it the more I wanted to be involved as well. So, in my usual fashion I have decided to jump right in as I do with the few things that have really caught my eye and got my mind a spinning. I have begun the task of training my body to be able to undertake the stresses presented in Parkour, building my strength and stamina for the long runs and quick movements. I have even found a place around where I live to be able to practice. I found it while running one night and decided to investigate it further. It is the campus of CLU here in Thousand Oaks California and it has some pretty good places to practice and begin to build the skills I want to have. I also found out about the Basics training session down in LA and I am already planning on trying to get to the first one I can to learn how to do some of the basic moves without injuring myself too badly in the process. Hopefully I can get there soon, as I want to be able to do rolls and kongs without falling on my face or pulling a joint of socket. Well, I will keep you updates on my progress here,~A. Trigger Poisal
