I've been talking with friends which are using some extra weight to increase their strength, i was really against it, cause i always associated my last year's shoulder injury to some extra weight pull ups i was doing, but then i decided to test it again.I got my girlfriend's ankle's weight which together make 8kg and then i made a belt to wear it.Wednesday was the first day wearing this belt was just in a matter of trying it, so i did 20 push-ups, 30 pull-ups, and 30 dips, and i didn't had any muscular pain or felt my muscles tired on the day after.so last night after came from few planches and pull-ups, i decided to test harder the weight belt, so i had the target of doing 50 pull ups wearing it, so i was really enjoying the workout that i decided do something more so it was:50 Pull-ups100 Push-ups200 Squats300 CALF RAISESi still don't have any pain from this workout, maybe i should do more repetitions next time, I'm going to workout with this weight belt for the next months depending on the results, I'm probably going to put more weight and keep working with this extra weight
