No you didn't read wrong, and i didn't wrote this wrong!Few days ago me and a friend were watching those trainings for the film 300, so we decided to do 300 saut de précision on our next training session, for the honor of the hard training. so things were going really great then we decided to do 500 jumps (saut de fond, saut de précision) It was really good the way it happened, we started doing two sets of 50 repetitions and resting few minutes betwing sets, so we did 100 in a row, and then more 2 sets of 50, then it became 300 we felt really tired but our body still had energy something else, then we did 100 saut de fond (2 sets of 50). Between sets we decided to achieve 500 jumps for the day, so more 50 saut de precision, and more 50 saut de fond!in the end it was:350 saut de précision150 saut de fondThe most unbelievable thing is that i was expecting a really painful morning today, cause my body was really exhausted from the training, but amazingly i don't feel any pain in my body this morning, my legs are really tired, my body at all, but i feel really okay.Weight training:I have this new achievements with my weight belt training, so i wanted to report it here as i did in my blog in Portuguese.10 pullups in a row +8kg weight belt (max. was 5)3 pullups with my punching bag that i dont really now the weight, i think it's something around 25kg.hugs !
